This Service Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability (“Disclaimer”) applies to all services provided by ReconX Pro (“ReconX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to physical security audits, surveillance and camera systems, access control, monitoring services, cybersecurity advisory services, and any related consultations or recommendations.

By engaging ReconX Pro’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

ReconX Pro provides security-related services intended to reduce risk and improve visibility, not to guarantee safety, security, or prevention of loss.

All services, including audits, assessments, system design, installation, monitoring, and advisory services, are provided on a best-effort basis and are inherently limited by environmental conditions, third-party systems, human behavior, and factors beyond our control.

2. No Guarantee or Warranty

ReconX Pro does not guarantee and expressly disclaims any assurance that:

• Crimes, theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access will be prevented

• Incidents will be detected, recorded, or responded to in all circumstances

• Systems will operate without interruption or failure

• Cyber threats, data breaches, or digital compromise will not occur

No security system or service can eliminate all risk. ReconX Pro makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Physical Security Audits and Walk-Throughs

Physical security audits, walk-throughs, and assessments are observational and advisory in nature. Findings are based on visible conditions and information available at the time of review.

Audits:

• Do not constitute a certification of security or compliance

• Do not guarantee the identification of all risks or vulnerabilities

• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security decisions

Clients remain responsible for evaluating recommendations and implementing appropriate measures.

4. Installation and Equipment Limitations

Security equipment performance may be affected by:

• Power outages or electrical issues

• Network or internet interruptions

• Environmental conditions (lighting, weather, obstructions)

• Equipment age, wear, or third-party hardware

• Improper use or maintenance

ReconX Pro is not responsible for failures caused by factors outside our control or by client-provided infrastructure.

5. Monitoring Services Disclaimer

Monitoring services, if selected, are optional and subject to separate agreements and technical requirements.

ReconX Pro does not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted monitoring

• Immediate detection or response to incidents

• Outcomes resulting from monitoring alerts

Monitoring effectiveness may be impacted by equipment failure, connectivity issues, power loss, or third-party service interruptions.

6. Cybersecurity Advisory Disclaimer

Cybersecurity services provided by ReconX Pro are advisory only. We do not provide guarantees against cyber threats, malware, ransomware, unauthorized access, or data loss.

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Implementing recommendations

• Maintaining systems and controls

• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

ReconX Pro shall not be held liable for cyber incidents, data breaches, or digital compromise.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information

• Maintaining a safe environment for on-site services

• Ensuring systems remain powered, connected, and maintained

• Following manufacturer guidelines and applicable laws

ReconX Pro is not responsible for service limitations caused by inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, or failure to maintain systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReconX Pro shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

• Property damage, theft, vandalism, or criminal acts

• Personal injury or loss arising from security incidents

• Failures caused by third-party services or systems

ReconX Pro’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. No Assumption of Duty to Protect

ReconX Pro does not assume any duty to protect persons, property, or assets beyond the specific scope of services outlined in a written agreement.

Nothing in our services creates a partnership, insurer relationship, or obligation to provide emergency response or law enforcement services.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReconX Pro, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Use or reliance on our services

• Failure to implement recommendations

• Breach of agreements or applicable laws

11. Third-Party Products and Services

ReconX Pro may recommend or integrate third-party products or services. We are not responsible for defects, outages, limitations, or failures of third-party hardware, software, or services.

12. Acceptance of Disclaimer

By engaging ReconX Pro’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability.

If you do not agree, you should not engage ReconX Pro’s services.
