Service & Installation Cancellation Policy

This Service & Installation Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all scheduled services, installations, upgrades, and on-site work provided by ReconX Pro (“ReconX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling services with ReconX Pro, you agree to the terms outlined below and all other policies listed on our website.
1. Deposits and Payments
All service and installation bookings require a deposit at the time of booking.
All deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure labor, scheduling, equipment preparation, and administrative costs.
Remaining balances, if applicable, are due according to the terms outlined in the client’s proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
2. Cancellation Timeline and Fees
Clients may cancel services subject to the following terms:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled start date:
The client is eligible for a refund of amounts paid minus the non-refundable deposit. -
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date:
A 12% cancellation fee will be applied to the total service or installation amount.
Any remaining balance after fees will be refunded.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to be considered valid.
3. Equipment and Special Orders
If equipment has been ordered, staged, configured, or reserved specifically for a client, additional non-refundable costs may apply. ReconX Pro is not responsible for manufacturer restocking fees, supplier policies, or custom-ordered equipment.
Equipment already delivered, configured, or installed is non-refundable.
4. Modifications and Rescheduling
Clients requesting changes to scope, timing, or service details must notify ReconX Pro as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modifications, changes are not guaranteed and may result in:

Rescheduling fees

Additional labor charges

Revised pricing or timelines
Repeated rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation.
5. Access, Delays, and Client Readiness
ReconX Pro is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

Lack of site access

Unsafe working conditions
-
Incomplete client preparation
-
Power, network, or infrastructure issues
-
Third-party interference
Delays or cancellations caused by these factors may be subject to additional charges or treated as a client-initiated cancellation.
6. Agreement to Other Policies
By scheduling services or installations, the client confirms that they have:

Read and understood this Policy

Agreed to the Booking & Cancellation Policy

Agreed to all other policies listed on the ReconX Pro website
In the event of a conflict, the applicable service agreement or Terms & Conditions shall govern.

By proceeding with service or installation scheduling, the client acknowledges and accepts:
