Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Blackhat Enterprises for your IT security solutions. Please review the following policy before confirming your booking: 1. Deposits All bookings require a deposit to secure your service date. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. 2. Cancellations Bookings may be canceled up to 14 days prior to the scheduled start date. If you cancel 14 days or more before the start date, you are eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days before the scheduled start date, a 12% cancellation fee will apply to the total booking amount, and the remainder will be refunded. 3. Modifications Requests to reschedule must be made as early as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, availability is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply. 4. Policy Agreement By booking with Blackhat Enterprises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Booking Policy.
