Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 1/4/26 This Booking & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services booked with ReconX Pro (“ReconX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling and completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy and all other policies listed on our website. 1. Deposits and Payment All bookings require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your scheduled service date, staffing, and resources. The remaining balance, if applicable, will be due according to the terms outlined in your proposal or service agreement. 2. Cancellations Clients may cancel a booking subject to the following terms: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled start date: You are eligible for a refund of amounts paid minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date: A 12% cancellation fee will be applied to the total booking amount. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to be considered valid. 3. Modifications and Rescheduling If you need to modify or reschedule a booking, you must notify ReconX Pro as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes based on availability, but modifications are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature and timing of the request. 4. Agreement to Other Policies By completing a booking, you confirm that you: Have reviewed all applicable policies on the ReconX Pro website Agree to be bound by those policies Understand the scope, limitations, and terms of the services being booked This includes, but is not limited to, our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Service Disclaimer, Warranty Policy, and any other posted policies. 5. Acknowledgment By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that: Deposits are non-refundable Cancellation and modification terms are clearly understood You accept responsibility for compliance with this Policy 6.
