5. Monitoring Services

ReconX Pro is not responsible for failures caused by power outages, network interruptions, third-party services, or events beyond our control.

6. Cybersecurity Advisory Services

Cybersecurity services provided by ReconX Pro are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee immunity from cyber threats, data breaches, or system compromise.

Clients remain responsible for implementing recommendations and maintaining their own systems, policies, and controls.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Ensure systems are properly powered, networked, and maintained

• Follow applicable laws, regulations, and policies

ReconX Pro is not responsible for service limitations caused by inaccurate information or environmental conditions.

8. Payments and Fees

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and balances due, are defined in individual agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Equipment costs may require upfront payment

• Services may require partial or full payment prior to installation or delivery

Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services.

9. Cancellations and Termination

Clients may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in their specific service agreement. Certain fees, deposits, or costs may be non-refundable.
